Brilliant pale straw colour with a luminous green tinged outskirts and watery hue. Lifted peach and apricot scents mix with some honeysuckle and subtle cinnamon spice notes. Rich peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours carry a creamy textural feel with some ginger spice lingering in the background. Finishes dry with balanced acidity and a long generously weighted aftertaste.
