Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Pale apricot skin colour. Aromas of cherry and dried pear are followed by citrus and spice. Broadly textured flavours of cherry, pear and baked apple have a spicy back drop. Sufficient acidity for now but needs drinking. Finishes dry with a strawberry confectionary like character to the aftertaste.
