Dense inky black colour with a bright dark purple hue. Sailing out of the glass are ripe dark plum and liquorice scents which intermingle with clove, dried meats, smoky cedar and blackpepper. Mid weighted with a plush, fleshy mouthfeel, generous dark plum and liquorice fruits overlay a smoky vanillin cedar, earth and peppered herb back drop. Polished tannins with the aftertaste showing some meatiness.
