2019 Toolangi Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak (10% new) for a period of 10 months. Semi translucent bright ruby red colour with a light red hue. A fragrant bouquet of ripe cherries, raspberries and strawberries fills the nostrils with hints of anise and spice also present. Fresh with a juicy Grenache like quality, filling the mouth are ripe red raspberry and cherry fruits which overlay strawberry, faint anise and a subtle spice back drop. Bright finish with silky tannins and a simple yet tasty aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
