Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Zesty lime and lemon scents are interwoven with orange rind, talc and flinty mineral notes. Intensely focused and racy, crunchy lime and lemon flavours drive the palate underscored by steely acidity and flinty mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with a long austere aftertaste.
