Founded in 1848 Tiefenbrunner is considered to be a benchmark producer in the Alto-Adige region. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by four months ageing on lees in concrete tanks.
Brilliant water like colour with a distinct greenish tinge around the outskirts. Fresh lime top notes meld into green apple, slatey mineral and fresh herb notes. Intense lime, pear and green apple flavours have a racy feel across the palate underpinned by wet slate and minerals. Finishes dry and crunchy fresh with a long scrumptious aftertaste.
