Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted peach, dried honey and crème brulee scents mix with hints of light bacon fat and gun flint. Medium weight and fresh faced, the palate serves up delectable peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours over subtle bacon fat and infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry with vibrant underlying acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
