Fifty percent whole bunch. Bright dark red purple colour with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Fragrant notions of violets are married to ripe red cherries, winter strawberries, fresh herbs, forest floor and spice. The lively palate sees juicy cherry and winter strawberry fruits overlay forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and faint spicy anise elements. Supple in its feel yet possessing a youthful brightness it has velvety tannins and a slightly inky finish. Delicious ripe berry driven aftertaste.
