A field blend of Carricante, Catarratto, Inzolia, Grecanic and Minnella grapes sourced from vines aged between 25-60 years old. Carricante dominating the blend with roughly 65%. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and zesty lime aromas combine over infusions of fresh herbs, volcanic rock and minerals. Light zippy flavours of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs have a flinty mineral back drop. Dry finish with crunchy acidity and a long racy salty, mineral infused aftertaste.
