Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a subtle tinge of green running around the outskirts. Pronounced ripe pear and lime fruits have a delicate almond overlay with fresh herb and spice notes also evident. Pristine juicy pear and lime fruits infused with fresh herbs overlay wet stone and gentle flinty mineral elements. Nicely rounded mid palate feel finishing dry and crisp with a deliciously scrumptious aftertaste.

The 2019 vintage, richer than the 2018, combines with the inherent grace of Fiano to produce refined whites such as this. Aromas of straw, olives and lemon emerge, with a chewy malic palate integrated with mid-palate weight and fruit. Zesty with savoury length, good for food pairings such as spaghetti with clams.
