A blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 22% Cabernet Franc aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 15 months.
Midnight black heart with a dark red black tinged hue. Intense blackcurrant aromas leap out of the glass complimented by mulberry, cedary tobacco characters, hints of dark chocolate, earth and spice. The medium to full bodied palate features rich blackcurrant fruit over a dusty vanillin cedar, black olive, tobacco and spice background. Tightly grained tannins firm up the finish along with vibrant acidity. Concludes dry and slightly chalky yet refined.
