2019 Tahbilk Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

Dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a red to dark red hue. Spicy dark raspberry and liquorice aromas mix with dark plum, vanillin cedar and subtle peppered earth notes. Rich, plump dark raspberry, liquorice and juicy plum flavours overlay a vanillin oak, scorched earth and peppered fennel back drop. Excellent concentration and depth with ripe faintly chewy tannins. Concludes long and succulent with an undercurrent of scorched earth.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
