This Chardonnay was matured in French oak but its influence is completely unnoticeable. Brilliant water like colour with lime green tinged edges. Aromas of melon, citrus and green apples are trailed by light flinty mineral notes. Scrumptious pear, green apple and lime flavours have a crunchy feel with some flinty mineral elements in the background. Dry snappy finish with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
