Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas mix with hints of dark chocolate, earth and dried herb notes. Lush blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours are underpinned by vibrant acidity which gives the wine a crisp, elegant feel. Earth and spicy vanillin oak elements ensue. Finishes dry, brisk and slightly tannic with an edgy aftertaste.
