Dense midnight black core with a dark red hue. Pronounced liquorice and black cherry aromas infused with blackpepper meld into smoked meats, toasty vanillin cedar and black olive notes. Rich and full in body, the palate is awash with lush black cherry and liquorice fruits which overshadow a back drop of vanillin cedar, scorched earth and blackpepper. Slightly chewy tannins with a long ripe pepper infused finish.
