2019 Spinifex Lola

A blend of 46% Semillon, 30% Clairette, 14% Viognier and 10% Vermentino wild fermented in a combination of old French oak barrels and stainless steel with maturation on lees for 10 months. Bright pale straw colour with subtle highlights of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and fresh apricot are married to hints of honeysuckle, lime and spicy green apple. Beautifully rounded texturally the fullish palate has a concentrated flavour profile of ripe pears and apricot over honeysuckle, limes and spice. Finishes fresh with bracing acidity and a long aftertaste that has a luscious feel to it.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
