Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of ripe pear and honeysuckle mix with hints of lime and spice. Nicely rounded yet also lean in the mouth, flavours of pear and lime are backed by slatey minerals and a citrusy herb like freshness. Finishes dry and brisk with a fine mouth watering aftertaste.
