Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Lifted gooseberry, passionfruit and granny smith apple aromas are trailed by some herbaceous grassy notes. Both lively and intense the palate has flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry and limes over a herbaceous back drop. Dry finish with zesty acidity on the medium to long aftertaste.
