2019 Singlefile Family Reserve Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Showing good intensity yet refinement is a nose filled with white peach, nectarine, dried honey and lemon butter scents which meld into subtlety toasted oak, nougat and light crème brulee notes. Fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits overlay lightly toasted biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and spice characters. Gently creamed in its feel it finishes with a nicely balanced freshness and a long elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
