2019 Shadowfax Shiraz

Matured in new and used French hogsheads. Deep midnight black dark purple colour with a bright dark red purple hue. Pretty red plum, blueberry and red liquorice scents are trailed by graphite, black olive and blackpepper notes. The elegant mid weighted palate features plum, red liquorice and blueberry fruits over subtle earth, spicy cedar and pepper. Finishes with lots of freshness, polished tannins and a savoury red to blue fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
