2019 Shadowfax Minnow Rose

This Rose is made from a blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Pinot Noir. Translucent salmon pink colour. Aromas of spiced peaches, raspberries, pomegranate and light musk evolve from the glass. Very supple across the palate, delicious flavours of raspberries, peach and pomegranate form over a back drop of spicy musk. Finishes dry and well rounded with lively acidity and a long moreish aftertaste.
