2019 Shadowfax Minnow Carignan

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of dark raspberry, cherries and red liquorice intermix with incense, earth and spicy dried herb notes. Light to medium bodied with a bright feel, red cherry, red raspberry and red liquorice fruits are scattered across the palate with an undercard of fresh herb infusions. Vibrant, crunchy like acidity with polished tannins and a lively medium length finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
