The Seabrook family have a long history in the Australian wine industry, dating back to 1878 when William Seabrook established one of Australia’s earliest wine merchants, W.J. Seabrook & Son. Today, fifth generation member Hamish Seabrook carries on the tradition. After graduating from Adelaide University with a bachelor of Oenology, Hamish went on to work and make wine for Best’s Great Western where industry legend Viv Thomson took him under his wing. After several other senior winemaking roles, Hamish went on to establish his own brand continuing the families long involvement in the wine industry.

A rich, silky Barossa Shiraz that exudes opulence.

Impenetrable pitch black heart with a very deep dark red black hue. Heady dark plum, blackberry and liquorice aromas waft out of the glass complimented by vanillin oak, mocha, subtle scorched earth and spice notes along the way. Rich and plump the lavish full bodied palate is swamped with dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits. Opulently textured with spicy vanillin oak, subtle mocha, fennel and a dash of pepper also evident on the back half. Excellent power with silky smooth tannins and a long succulent conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
