Totally opaque black dark red in colour with a bright purple red hue. Elevated aniseed like scents are trailed by liquorice allsorts, vanilla, subtle earth and incense like notes. Medium bodied liquorice, cherry and plum flavours are both fresh and juicy in their feel backed by vibrant acidity and chewy tannins. Infusions of incense, fresh herbs and spicy earth also make an appearance. Bright, slightly grippy medium length finish.
