Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced lime and citrus top notes intermingle with some orange rind, light talc and steely characters. Racy lime and citrus flavours fill the palate leading into a mouth watering finish that has subtle talc and steely mineral elements to it. Excellent intensity with crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste.
