2019 Ross Hill Maya & Max Chardonnay

Partially fermented in stainless steel and partially in small French oak barrels. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fresh peach, nectarine and melon scents meld with light dried honey and spicy citrus notes. Delicious peach, tropical fruit and melon fruits fill the mouth with some subtle dried honey and spice nuances also present. Nicely rounded and showing good concentration it finishes with a burst of refreshing acidity on the long fruit driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
