2019 Risky Business King Valley Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts. Aromas of pear and red apple skin mix with faint hints of dried honey, musk and spice. Filling the mouth are flavours of crunchy red apples and pear which meld into subtle notions of musk and spice. Nicely rounded mid palate feel finishing dry with crisp acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
