Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge to the edges. A mix of lime and citrus aromas blossom from the glass with elements of orange rind, chalky talc and mineral also present. Both intense and racy on the palate, zingy lime, lemon and green apple flavours are backed by crunchy acidity. Dry steely finish with lots of flinty mineral characters on the long austere like aftertaste.
