Certified organic. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted aromas of liquorice, plum and dark chocolate are trailed by some inky earth and spice notes. Rich, thickly textured and impressively concentrated the palate is awash with lavish dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours which are carried by spicy vanillin oak characters. Soft plush mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins, relatively low acidity and an overflowing aftertaste.
