2019 Pressing Matters Pinot Noir

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Intense black cherry, anise and strawberry scents mix with toasty oak, earth and spice notes. Rich, bold black cherry, anise and ripe strawberry flavours decorate the mid weighted palate with some toasty vanillin cedar, dried meats and spicy earth characters lingering underneath. Ripe and smooth in its feel with polished tannins and an amply powered finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
