A field blend from the vineyards of Figli Luigi Oddero in Barolo, Italy. Syrah, Petit Verdot & Nebbiolo. co-fermented & matured in old wood for 14 months. Deep dark red black in colour with a dark red hue. Spicy red currant scents are complimented by some rose petal, earth, dried herb, tobacco and leather notes. Savoury red cherry and red currant fruits sit over an earth, spicy tobacco and dried herb back drop. Bright acidity with fine grained yet somewhat tannins. Concludes with a spicy red fruited and earth aftertaste.
