2019 Powell & Son Marsanne

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced honey, apricot and ripe peach aromas leap out of the glass followed by some crème brulee, bacon fat and ginger notes. Rich and concentrated with a viscous feel, the palate is coated with luscious peach and apricot fruits which have an honeycomb like overlay. Notions of crème brulee, bacon fat and ginger spice ensue. Soft yet sufficient acidity with a long decadent finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
