Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of spiced pears and Jonathan apples meld into some citrus and faint quince notes. Rich and generous in its mouthfeel the palate is filled with ripe pear and red apple fruits which are intermixed with honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry with balanced acidity and a long ripe, textured aftertaste.
