40% new oak, no malolactic.
Distinctly peppery, spicy and smoky, apple and citrus zest. Pie apple and lime, zest and tang, ash and dry feel through a core of sour pineapple and green mango flavour. Dusty and peppery though the finish. Not quite sure which way this one will jump, though I’d suggest young is best. Drink 2020 - 2023+
