2019 Picollo Ernesto Gavi Rovereto

Made from Cortese grapes sourced from vineyards up to 80 years old.Bright pale straw colour with subtle flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. Delightful lime and pear scents infused with fresh herbs are followed by wet slate notes. Racy lime and green apple fruits infused with fresh herbs overlay a slatey mineral back drop. Finishes dry with bracing acidity lending focus to the crisp, saline infused aftertaste.
