Midnight black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackberry and liquorice are followed by a whiff of mint, vanillin cedar and light pepper notes. Medium to full bodied juicy blackberry and liquorice flavours possess ample richness over a vanillin cedar back drop with some light earth and pepper in the background. Fine grained tannins with a touch of mint flowing onto the aftertaste.
