Fermented and matured in French oak for 8 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, subtle white peach and a hint of grapefruit mix with light dried honey, biscuity oak and gun flint notes. Elegant and refined the palate dishes up nectarine and grapefruit flavours over subtle dried honey, biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint. Finishes with plenty of freshness on the medium to long aftertaste.
