2019 Paxton AAA Shiraz Grenache

A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Grenache that’s certified organic and biodynamic. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Sailing out of the glass are fragrant scents of dark raspberries and liquorice followed by dark plum, vanillin spice and fresh herb notes. Rich with a plush feel, succulent dark raspberry, liquorice and subtle dark chocolate flavours adorn the mid weighted palate. Lying underneath are elements of lightly dusted vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with an aftertaste that’s both fleshy and generous.
