2019 Patrick Piuze Terroir de Chichee Chablis

Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, bees wax and lime combine over hints of cashew and oyster shell like notes. Nicely textured with a fullish feel, generous ripe pear and green apple fruits sit over subtle notions of dried honey, slate and oyster shell. Finishes dry and well rounded with a lick of brisk acidity and a lengthy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
