A cooler and more restrained features prominent citrus nuances on the aromas of green apple, spice and acacia. The sleek, intense, dense and beautifully delineated flavors possess even better depth and persistence on the more tightly wound finale. This could easily compete with many Meursault 1ers. Drink 2029+.

A few green reflections in the pale yellow. There is clearly more weight to this than the other cuvees, the fruit is a little richer, especially at the back where the oak comes into play, but there is enough acidity to support the framework. And a few tannins. Cooked apple to finish.
