2019 Parishes Merlot

Matured for 18 months in oak. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Nosing offers up scents of ripe plum and choc mint which meld into vanillin oak, earth and spice. Medium bodied, generous spicy dark plum and choc mint flavours have a fleshy feel over a vanillin cedar and dusty earth backdrop. Slightly dryish, fine grained tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
