Fermented in new and 1 year old French oak barriques and puncheons. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromatics of white peach and nectarine meld into dried honey, biscuity oak, light nougat and subtle cashew notes. Rich, powerful and fleshy the palate is filled with white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours which overlay a biscuity oak, nougat and spicy cashew back drop. Finishes with good freshness and a long subtly creamed aftertaste.
