2019 Pandolfa Federico Sangiovese Superiore

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Spicy clove like aromas dominate over red cherries, earth, violets and spice. Light to medium bodied ripe red cherry flavours are overlaid by clove with some earth in the background. Spicy finish with slightly chalky tannins, bright acidity and a modest conclusion.
