2019 Organic Hill Preservative Free Sauvignon Blanc

Certified Organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of dried grass, citrus, herbs, a light nuttiness and spice. The palate is flat and already very advanced in its development with flavours of dried herbs, citrus and rotting grass over a dried nut back drop. Dry finish with brisk acidity and a modest nutty aftertaste.
