Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the edges. Bouncing out of the glass are scents of lime juice, green apple and lemon with some talc and subtle wet steel notes also apparent. Crunchy flavours of lime juice, granny smith apples and lemon have good intensity over a back drop of chalky talc and steely mineral characters. Finishes dry and tangy with racy acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste.
