Fermented in old French oak barrels and aged for 8 months before bottling. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Wafting from the glass are intense aromatics of ripe pear, rosewater and honeycomb followed by hints of Turkish delight and spice. Lusciously textured the palate is filled with rich ripe pear, baked apple and honeyed flavours which meld into ginger spice. Finishes dry with just the right amount of freshness for the style. Concludes with a medium length aftertaste.
