Bright pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Pungent gooseberry and citrus aromas reverberate through the olfactory senses followed by herbaceous grassy notes, asparagus and flinty mineral characters. Mouth watering passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and lime zest flavours have a zippy feel with grassy asparagus and flinty mineral characters lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with crunch acidity and a long zesty aftertaste.
