2019 Mt. Monster Cabernet

Midnight black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant aromas mix with spicy vanillin cedar, earth and choc mint. Medium to full bodied the palate is generously endowed with rich blackcurrant fruits. Subtle liquorice, vanillin cedar, earth and mint characters ensue. Fleshy mouth feel with fine grained tannins and a mid length dark fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
