Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and red apple aromas are trailed by light honeysuckle and quince notes. Nicely rounded in the mouth but fresh the palate is filled with pear, apple, quince and light spice flavours. Clean dry finish with quince and spice elements building on the medium to long aftertaste.
