Outstanding colour, inky black at its core with a deep bright dark red black hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant aromas mix with cedary tobacco characters, hints of black olive and subtle bay leaf. Mid weighted the palate possesses rich blackcurrant and mulberry fruits which overlay a dusty vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy bay leaf back drop. Fine grained yet sturdy tannin structure with a long generous yet refined aftertaste.
